My path to this work wasn’t planned, it was forged.

I began my career as a systems analyst. I was trained to find where the breakdown is happening, trace it to its origin, and fix it properly, not patch over it. That analytical precision has shaped everything I do today.

My turning point came when my daughter developed a severe skin condition that left every specialist we saw without answers. Conventional medicine had reached its limit. I turned to what I had been quietly studying for years  homeopathy, bioenergetics, the relationship between stored stress and physical illness. What happened next changed the course of my life: she recovered fully, and I knew I had found my calling.

But my understanding of burnout didn’t come from textbooks alone. Years into building this practice, it happened to me.

Complete exhaustion. Brain fog so thick I questioned my own judgement. That hollow feeling of being utterly depleted while everyone around me still needed me to show up, as a practitioner, as a mother, as a leader. I kept performing on the outside while quietly unravelling on the inside.

I know exactly what it feels like to sit across from a doctor and be told your results are “normal” when nothing about how you feel is normal. I know the frustration of trying everything and still not getting better. And I know the particular loneliness of being the capable one, the one others rely on, while privately wondering if you’ll ever feel like yourself again.

That experience didn’t break me. It gave me something no qualification could: I now understand your struggle from the inside. And I found my way out, not by pushing harder, but by finally addressing what was underneath.

I left my corporate career and spent the next three decades mastering the intersection of clinical medicine, bioenergetic science, and trauma-informed healing. I trained under Paul McKenna in hypnotherapy. I became one of a very small number of practitioners in the UK combining advanced Qest4 bioenergetic scanning with clinical homeopathy and subconscious reprogramming.

Today, the clients who come to me are not struggling because they’re weak. They are struggling because they have been running at maximum capacity for years, and their bodies are keeping score.

They are CEOs who can’t afford to slow down but are quietly terrified that something is seriously wrong. Entrepreneurs who’ve spent thousands on specialists and still don’t have answers. Senior leaders who are sharp in the boardroom and exhausted everywhere else.
