Sameena Aziz Khan helps high-performing women uncover what conventional medicine misses – combining homeopathy, bioenergetic scanning, and hypnotherapy to heal at the root.

About Sameena

Sameena is the Founder of Rise Radiantly, a London-based holistic health consultancy that gets to the emotional, energetic, and root causes of chronic health challenges. She is the only practitioner in the UK combining clinical homeopathy, bioenergetic scanning, hypnotherapy, and transformational coaching into a single integrated approach.

With over 30 years in clinical practice, Sameena has helped more than 2,000 women – CEOs, solicitors, entrepreneurs, and senior leaders – get their energy back when conventional medicine had run out of answers. She works from her London clinic and via remote sessions, with clients across the UK, UAE, US, and Canada.

She’s direct about how she works: one size doesn’t fit all, and what she pulls from her toolbox is bespoke to you – not a bog-standard protocol. She won’t promise overnight fixes or treat symptoms in isolation. And she’s upfront about who she’s not the right fit for – including anyone who just wants someone to “fix” them without doing the work.

Outside the clinic, Sameena co-founded a health project in The Gambia serving over 20,000 people in neighbouring villages with no other healthcare access. She’s a lifelong learner – trained across disciplines from Qigong and Tai Chi instruction to neuropsychology – and always happy to talk if you have questions about root-cause healing.

Why I Do This

“When you’re leading, performing, and holding everything together, fatigue, brain fog, and burnout aren’t just frustrating – they’re career-threatening. I understand, because I’ve been there.”

“The truth? Your symptoms aren’t the problem. They’re the signal. Your body has been trying to tell you something. And I know how to listen.”

“If I found my way back, so can you. You don’t have to do this alone anymore.” — Sameena Aziz Khan

More About Sameena Aziz Khan

Before Sameena ever held a remedy in her hand, she was a systems analyst at BT – the only woman in the entire IT department at the Shaftesbury Avenue headquarters. A former colleague bumped into her years later and said it perfectly: “So now you’re the human analyst, not the system analyst.”

He was right.

Her path into holistic health started with her infant daughter’s severe, undiagnosed skin condition – cracked forehead, no hair, bleeding from her armpits. Private dermatologists in London couldn’t reach a diagnosis, yet prescribed a litre of antibiotics four times daily for four months.

A chance conversation with a family friend introduced her to homeopathy. Her daughter’s skin began to clear.

When Sameena asked the homeopath to teach her, he refused – said she “might kill someone.”

Her response was characteristic: “When people say to me, ‘You can’t do it,’ that’s the worst thing you’re going to say to me, because then I’m going to prove I can.” She went to the library, picked up a book by Dr Marjorie Blackie – physician to the British Royal Family and a practising homeopath – and enrolled in formal training.

She completed the full four-year Licentiate programme at the British Institute of Homeopathy. Her patients funded her education from the second year because her then-husband refused to pay. By the time she graduated, she was the only student in her entire year group with a fully functioning clinic. “All I had to do was put my price up.”

Sameena’s personal experience of burnout runs deep. She opened a healing vegan restaurant in North Finchley, London. When her chef walked out, she became everything – chef, HR, front of house, recipe developer, the full shebang.

“I was a one-woman band playing every instrument at once,” she recalls. She suffered a minor stroke, kept going, hit burnout, then spent six weeks bedridden with COVID – “unable to move, unable to work, unable to be the woman everyone needed me to be.”

Closing the restaurant was what she calls “the hardest, most powerful decision of my life” – “Not because I failed. But because I finally chose myself.”

That experience now shapes her signature speaking message: “Exhaustion is not empowerment. Burnout is not success. And self-sacrifice is not leadership.”

The Gambia project is another dimension of who she is. Sameena co-founded the Bush Homeopaths and established a permanent health clinic in Manduar, serving communities of over 20,000 people with no other health centre nearby.

She brought together a global team of 80+ homeopaths and students and set up telehealth training for local staff. She also trains local midwives in homeopathic first aid – including a remedy that can turn a breech baby, potentially saving lives where no ambulance exists.

Her commitment to The Gambia survived things most people couldn’t imagine. She was arrested and interrogated twice following a change of government, appeared in court on international television, and was cleared. During the same period, her youngest son contracted cerebral malaria complicated by meningitis in Gambia, and her eldest was stabbed in London and helicoptered to Royal London hospital.

She kept going. That’s who she is.

In her London practice, Sameena’s approach rests on what she calls the three-legged stool: root cause – going back to when the imbalance first started; symptom management – alleviating what’s happening right now; and organ support – putting in the “scaffolding” to hold the body up while it heals.

Her mind-body diagnostic approach connects physical symptoms to emotional roots. Digestive issues to indigestible emotional shocks. Hay fever to unresolved grief. Urinary infections to anger – “Who’s pissed you off?” Chronic constipation to emotional holding – “What are you holding in?” This draws on her German New Medicine training and 30 years of sitting across from real people and asking the questions no one else thought to ask.

She leads a 400+ member WhatsApp community where people come to her for homeopathic advice on acute situations – a group that’s grown entirely through word-of-mouth, spreading through mothers’ groups, holistic health communities, and personal networks.

Her signature speaking talk, “The Woman Who Remembers Who She Is,” is about burnout, self-abandonment, and what it actually means to lead. At the Lioness Lounge in Amsterdam, she put her slides together in the car, walked in wearing jeans while everyone else was in dinner gowns, and delivered a ten-minute talk that women photographed, took notes from, and called the best of the event.

Do you know what? She wasn’t surprised. Because when you speak from lived experience, people feel it.

Every consultation draws on her analyst background. “This is the motherboard,” she explains. “This is programming your body to eat, to sleep, to do what you need to do. When we go through certain stresses, the programming is not clear.” Her job is to find where the signal went wrong – and bring you back on track.

Sameena is a British-born Muslim woman of Pakistani heritage who came out of ninja hood. She broke free from cultural expectations of silence, and she’s never looked back. “Being a Muslim woman, I’ve been told that it can be controversial what I say,” she’s shared. “And I thought, so be it, because it needs to be said.”

She means it.
